tk889 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk889 platform's website, mobile version, and all its services. By registering on this platform or using its services in any way, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

tk889 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing entertainment for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience in a safe and reliable environment.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. For any doubts or questions, please contact our support team.

Age Requirement

The tk889 platform is only for individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request identification from you at any time to verify your age.

Account Security

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture. You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Registration with false information may result in immediate account closure.

Password and Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any negligence regarding account security.

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• This limit applies equally to all payment methods

Accepted Payment Methods

tk889 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Funds sent through any method other than these will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for returning them.

Withdrawal Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases, additional time may be required for identity verification or other reasons. tk889 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification is complete.

Fraud Prevention

It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. In the case of suspicious transactions, tk889 reserves the right to investigate the account and suspend transactions if necessary. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed immediately.

Welcome Bonus

New members at tk889 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Example 2: ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳11,000

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotion is subject to its own separate terms; see the detailed terms on the relevant page.
• tk889 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The expiry of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer's details.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
